How do I get a refund?
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable since credits are digital goods delivered instantly. If you were charged but didn't receive your credits due to a technical issue, email systemcityio@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we'll resolve it within 5–7 business days.
I didn't receive my credits after payment.
Credits are added instantly after a successful payment. If you don't see them, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. If the issue persists, email us with your payment receipt.
Can I use my own API keys instead of buying credits?
Yes — this is a Premium feature. Upgrade to Premium, then go to Settings and choose Session Only or Persistent mode. You can bring your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic API keys — no credits required.
How do I delete my account?
Email systemcityio@gmail.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email. We'll process it within 72 hours.
