SystemCity (https://systemcity.io), operated by Mohit Kumar, offers credit-based AI-powered system design evaluations. Credits and Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. This policy describes the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Credits purchased on SystemCity are digital goods — they are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. Each credit is consumed when you request an AI-powered evaluation of a system design. Credits are:
Credit packs are one-time purchases and cannot be cancelled after delivery. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Free credits (including welcome bonuses) are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund or cash conversion under any circumstances.
If you delete your account, any remaining credits (purchased or free) will be permanently forfeited. We recommend using your credits before requesting account deletion. Once deleted, credits cannot be recovered or refunded.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we will work to resolve the issue directly.
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
